Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using the Soukbot marketplace, its WhatsApp messaging features, and its social publishing features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Soukbot is operated by Soukbot EURL, a company registered in Algeria (Boulevard Mohamed Boudiaf, Blida 09000, Algeria — +213 982 301 857), and by Inkstand Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada (3162 Tilbury Lane, London, ON N6P 0C1, Canada — +1 519 697 0663). Soukbot EURL operates the service in Algeria; Inkstand Inc. owns and develops the platform and operates it elsewhere. In these Terms, "Soukbot", "we" and "us" mean whichever of the two companies provides the service to you, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Soukbot is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that lets sellers manage their store, orders, and customer communication, including messaging customers over WhatsApp and managing WhatsApp message templates. Soukbot also lets you connect your own Facebook Page, Instagram account, TikTok account or YouTube channel and publish your content to them from one place.
3. WhatsApp usage
- Sellers must use WhatsApp messaging in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's policies.
- Sellers must only message customers who have initiated contact or otherwise opted in, and must honor opt-out requests.
- Sellers are responsible for the content of their messages and templates.
4. Social publishing
- Soukbot publishes to a connected account only when you ask it to, and only to the channels you select for that publication.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding the rights to it — including images, video, music and the likeness of anyone appearing in it.
- Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service for YouTube, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for TikTok, and Meta's terms and Community Standards for Facebook and Instagram.
- Each platform may reject, restrict or remove content, or revoke Soukbot's access, at its own discretion. Soukbot cannot guarantee that a publication will succeed or remain available, and a platform's refusal is not a failure of the service.
- You may disconnect any account at any time. Content already published remains on that platform under your own account until you remove it there.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or spam activity, or in any way that violates third-party platform policies (including Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube and Twilio).
6. Billing
Messaging may be billed per message or per template according to the pricing shown in your Soukbot account.
7. Data
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
